1. Acceptance of These Terms

By registering an account, logging in, or placing any bet on 7wing, you confirm that you have read and agree to the rules set out in this document. These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and 7wing. If you do not accept any part of them, you must not use the platform.

2. Who Can Open an Account

To register and play on 7wing you must meet all of the following conditions at the time you sign up — and continue to meet them for as long as your account is active.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are accessing 7wing from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent for any third party.
• You do not already hold an active 7wing account under any other name or mobile number.
• You have not previously had a 7wing account permanently closed due to a rule violation.

3. Your Account Obligations

One account per person

Each player may hold exactly one 7wing account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under a different name, phone number, bKash wallet, or device — are not permitted. If we detect duplicates, we may close all associated accounts and withhold pending funds pending investigation.

Accurate registration details

You must provide your real name, date of birth, and an active Bangladeshi mobile number during registration. These details must match the documents you submit at the KYC stage. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.

Keeping your password safe

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] or via 24/7 live chat so we can freeze the account while you recover it.

4. Deposits and Payments

7wing accepts deposits through the following methods, all settled in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

All deposits must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be refunded. 7wing does not charge processing fees on deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply its own charges.

5. Withdrawals and Processing

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the limits below. 7wing processes approved withdrawals within approximately 32 minutes during normal operating hours.

Your first-ever withdrawal may take up to 2 hours while our team completes the initial account review. Subsequent withdrawals process within the standard window once your KYC is verified. 6. Bonus Rules and Wagering

7wing offers a welcome bonus on first deposits, reload promotions, daily cashback, and referral rewards. Each promotion has its own conditions, but the following rules apply across the board.

Wagering requirement

Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 6× the bonus amount before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a bonus of ৳1,000, you must wager ৳6,000 in eligible games before requesting a payout of that bonus balance.

• Bonus funds cannot be used to claim other bonuses simultaneously.

• Cashback and referral bonuses are credited in accordance with the specific promotion terms published on the platform at the time.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden on 7wing. Violating any of these rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban.

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of games.
• Exploiting software errors, display glitches, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods.
• Attempting to launder money or funds of illegal origin through the platform.
• Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to operate it.

8. Identity Verification (KYC)

7wing operates a Know Your Customer process to protect players and comply with anti-money-laundering standards. You will be asked to complete KYC before your first withdrawal is processed.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

7wing may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice if we detect a material breach of these terms, suspected fraud, money laundering activity, or regulatory obligations that require us to do so. During a suspension, access to funds may be temporarily restricted while the investigation is ongoing.

Self-exclusion and voluntary closure

We will process your request and return any verified remaining balance to your registered payment method. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, we strongly encourage you to also request a self-exclusion period — our support team can guide you through the options.

10. Limitation of Our Liability

7wing makes the platform available on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and planned or unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily take games or the deposit/withdrawal system offline. We will not be liable for losses arising from:

• Brief service interruptions outside our direct control (e.g., mobile network outages affecting bKash or Nagad).
• Delays in game outcomes caused by third-party game providers.
• Losses resulting from your own decision to continue playing after a game error has been communicated.
• Losses attributable to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

In all cases, 7wing's total liability to you for any single incident is capped at the amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding that incident.

11. Playing Within Your Limits

7wing takes player welfare seriously. Gaming should be an enjoyable activity, not a source of financial stress. If you feel your play is becoming difficult to control, please use the tools available to you:
